The best memory aid you can have is to create a notebook. The Notebook allows you to record the details on each property – the condition, style, amenities, and any other items you want to remember. The notebook also allows you to keep a diary of your impression of the unit. A few recommendations to accurately record information are

• Save the listing sheet
• Take a camera to record interior and exterior shots of the unit
• Record thoughts as they occur to you – you can fill in the detail later
