Video Troubleshooting Guide

- Make sure you have the latest plug-in installed for the Microsoft Windows Media Player and the Apple Quick Time Player.
- Make sure you are using an up-to-date web browser. For the PC White Rabbit pictures recommends Firefox and Internet Explorer.
- This site is best viewed at 800 x 600 or larger display size. Check your monitor and video settings.
- The videos on this site are best viewed using a fast internet connection such as DSL or Cable Modem. If you are using dial-up you may experience longer wait times, depending on the speed of your connection.
- If you are a Mac user and do not have a Windows Media Player, you will need to download a Windows Media Player for Macs.
