First of all I want to send a huge THANK YOU. Josh Nelson knows the Calgary market! My property sold after 1 day on the market for 99% of asking price - perfect. Josh went above and beyond the call of duty as we prepared the house for listing. The property had been a rental for 12 years and hadn't been updated since it was built in the '90s. Josh came in and recommended all of the things that needed to be updated and even went as far as selecting the paint colors, counter tops, flooring and window coverings. Numerous times, Josh met with my designers, suppliers, and contractors to make sure everything was perfect. I also need to mention that I live in Victoria and have two small kids so being in Calgary to oversee the renovation and prep for listing was not in the cards for me. With Josh at the helm, I was confident my interests were looked after and the fact that my property sold so quickly for the price recommended by Josh is evidence that he knows his stuff.
