At this stage in the process you have developed your wish list. Now review it with your agent or broker. Your agent serves as a reality check and helps you balance what you want with where you want to live and how much you can afford. Together you are turning the wish list into a realty list. There are a couple of steps you can take to make this process easier.
- Decide what on your list is absolutely necessary.
- Rank the remaining items on the list from top to bottom starting with the amenities you would most like to have.
